You can and should charge as often and as long as possible. Don't fully discharge unless you need to recalibrate the battery meter as deep discharges are hard on lithium batteries. Not really sure what you're asking but you can speed up the discharge by using it harder but you can't speed up the recharge beyond using the supplied wall adapter.
